The world we live in can feel like a wild complex mess and life can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes, we all need support to navigate its challenges or organise our thoughts and priorities. Often speaking with someone who has the right tools for us who is outside of our immediate circle can be helpful.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, loss or simply feeling stuck or unmotivated, you are not alone. Perhaps you want to love life again, or hit new goals you’ve always dreamed of, so let’s help you remove whatever’s stopping you achieving all that you desire.

I’m Chrissie, a UK trained Psychotherapist dedicated to helping you build resilience, gain clarity, and create a balanced life, integrating a mind and body approach to wellness.

I know what it’s like to navigate the challenges of ADHD, I know how difficult it is to heal after great loss, to take on a new identity after life flips your world upside down, I know how draining and scary it can feel to experience panic attacks. But walking side-by-side with you on your journey, now that I am on the other side of PTSD, I can tell you that there is hope, and the journey to recovery is worth it.

Through a compassionate, collaborative approach, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work towards meaningful change, self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

ALONGSIDE PRIVATE PRACTICE

My involvement as a volunteer at Pegasus Men’s Wellbeing Charity has granted me the privilege of working alongside a diverse range of clients, fostering a unique and enriching professional experience.

I co-created the mental health space in Bangkok, It’s Okay Not To Be Okay (Girls) – a place for anyone identifying as a woman to share their stories and be authentically themselves in a safe environment.
I run informative and interactive mental health workshops once a month, teaching anxiety tips, promoting relaxation and guiding growth, followed by food, drinks and a chance to make new supportive friends in your community.

We also collaborate with others in Bangkok offering creative and safe spaces to aid creativity, healing, enjoyment and a chance to connect with others in the community.

My Services

ONLINE PSYCHOTHERAPY

Online Psychotherapy is a way for you to engage in therapy using internet technology on your computer, laptop or smart phone.

You can chose the place and the pace of your therapy to suit your needs and we can meet at a time that is suitable for both of us.

Your session is 50 minutes – 1 hour. You do not necessarily need a webcam for this therapy and you may choose to remain anonymous should you wish.

ZOOM

Zoom is a way for you to see your therapist face to face from your home whilst engaging in therapy. Should you choose Zoom counselling, you will be sent an individual link before each session. Make sure the Zoom app is up to date on whichever device you choose to you.

It is preferable that your hands are free, so find a spot to rest your deviceif possible.

It is important for you that you are in a private space, where you feel safe and won’t be interrupted or listened to by others.

Being able to see your psychotherapist gives you more of the benefits you get from face to face counselling but with the convenience of online therapy. By talking, you hear tone of voice which is a way to convey empathy and by video you see non-verbal communications such as facial expressions.

What brings about healing and change?

I used to think the answer was time, but why should we wait 10 years for healing (and sometimes not even time is enough to heal our deepest wounds). 

The most profound skill to empower change in myself, was when I connected with the signals in my body and gave them space, language and separation from myself as a whole and I challenged my limiting beliefs at the time: “well this is just who I am” or “this is just how it is”.

Our body gives us signs of our wellbeing, sometimes through burnout, tension, pain or even disease and we often don’t know how to ask the right questions to help that part of us feel seen and allow it to heal or help it find new ways to help us stay safe.
Looking at what triggers us or feels uncomfortable in the present moment, can help to direct us towards the changes or healing that needs our attention at the time.

Creating new skills, locating existing resources and letting go of old labels, beliefs and methods that no longer serve us, can be our steps towards building the life we desire.

Using a combination of talk therapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic work, parts work and more, together we can find a way to create the life you desire, and I will alter the style of therapy to suit the needs of you at the time.
